If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or missing item, you must report your claim within 24 hours after receiving. If your claim is authorized, we will send you a Return Goods Authorization (RMA). Any claims made after 24 hours will not be honored. Send all claims to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do not return or refuse a product without proper authorization. Products returned or refused without proper authorization will not receive a refund. Any shipping and handling fees will still be charged.
All TOL Designs sales are final. All refunds, other than warranty items, can have a 30% restocking fee.
If the product is damaged in shipping, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping company.
